Bookings Policy

Thank you for choosing Oliver’s for your booking.
 
If you have any special requirements to enhance your dining experience, please do not hesitate to contact us. For your booking we require a credit / debit card. We use a system that captures details in a secure database under the data protection act.
 
For booking over 6 and above we ask that you give us a call on 01634-847629, where a member of the team will ask for a non-refundable deposit of £10 pp to secure your booking.
 
You will be sent our menu choices by email and we ask you to pre-order your dishes 7 days prior to your booking. 
We require no less than 12 hours notice to changes in numbers or cancellations to your party. Should you not inform us, your account will debited by £10 pp.
 
All paid deposits will be redeemed from your final bill on the day.
On special events and public holidays, we require a separate deposit to confirm your table, this will be discounted from your final bill.
 
On Fridays, Saturdays and special events/public holidays, tables are subjected to a time allocation.
 
Oliver’s reserve the right to cancel any booking without the correct information from web bookings or adherence to any terms and conditions of the booking policy.
