Alan Brett and Steve Pennington’s first journey began over 11 years ago, when they realised they couldn’t go out for a late Sunday lunch anywhere around Rochester. They realised as foodie’s and lovers of eating out with family and friends, they couldn’t be the only people who like to dine out late on a Sunday, and so the journey began of opening Oliver’s Bar & Restaurant.
